I'm just another person chasing a dream that may or may not come to fruition; but I'm not letting uncertainty get in the way of enjoying the bright side of life.
From reading the above sentence, you should be thinking that I am a very strange person...which I can proudly say that I am. I enjoy art and writing at my leisure; these two subjects being the only ones out of thousands that i find an interest in. And seeing as how I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil and make a line, I think it's safe to say that I'm destined to devote the rest of my days to being an artist. But specifically, it's the comics industry that I am striving for. Hopefully I make it. If not, my art major should take me to other places. In any case, I can't help but look forward to what my future has to offer.

It's been a long time since I wrote an entry here. This week has really set the mood for the rest of it. Yesterday I went to school and spent half of my first class drawing a nude model (kind of awkward seeing as she's a good friend of mine), while the other was spent in the commons area reading an issue of "Tank Girl". Why was I not in class for the second half? Me and another friend of mine were a mere two minutes late getting back to class from our usual 15-minute break. I woke up feeling quite disturbed this morning. Last night I dreamt of walking through someone's backyard. It was summertime, I remember it being warm. I was out in the country. The backyard was at a slight decline that eventually opened up into an ocean of grass out in the distance. There was a little patch of corn that was maybe twenty yards from the house, so I walked around it to get a better view of the backdrop. Then I heard a noise. I looked around to see where it was coming from, but it sounded like it was all around me. Then I saw a cow's head bob up and down over the rows of corn in front of me. I walked all the way around

Today was Friday the 13th. Nothing bad happened to me. Do I feel relieved? Of course not.
The day went by as usual. I got out of my bed thirty minutes after I was supposed to; then I got into my slowly-rotting car and drove another thirty minutes to get to college. Winterim. Digital Imaging; fun class. The recent snowstorm does not help matters. Last year during winterim, I got into my first car accident under similar conditions. It involved me and my car doing a donut in the middle of an icy road and winding up ass-first in a deep ditch. This occured merely a mile away from my house...I was lucky. Thanks to that little incident,
